Guest Services Representative

Cobourg, Canada Best Western Plus Cobourg Inn Full time

Front Desk clerk (s) required to join our close-knit family of staff.
- Must be available for any shift for days, afternoons (may include night audit) and weekends in **busy** computerized hotel front office.
- Position for full or part time time and cover shifts but there is no guarantee of hours
- Professional appearance required at all times
- Non-smoking/vaping environment
- Excellent customer service, communication and written skills required (English)
- Cash & payment handling - must be bondable.(No criminal record) Police check will be conducted and paid for by employer
- Conditions of hire must be agreed to prior to consideration.
- Multi-task duties include but not restricted to daily record/cash balancing, phone answering, computerized reservations, customer relations, checking in/out hotel guests, event ticket sales, cashing out restaurant staff, etc.
