**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Hotel room cleaning; reset for new guests or refreshing rooms for existing guests.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and neatly stored.
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Manage time effectively to complete all cleaning tasks within designated timeframes.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with hotel guests.

**Qualifications**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks required.
- Proficiency in English.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and hotel guest's as required.
