Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11:00am – 5:30pm EST
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role involves assisting customers via phone and email with order placement, shipment tracking, product questions, usage guidance, and general wellness-related inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional support to customers by phone and email
- Assist with order placement, updates, and tracking information
- Answer product-related questions and provide usage guidance
- Address general wellness-related inquiries in a supportive manner
- Ensure a positive and helpful customer experience in every interaction
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional tone
- Comfortable handling customer interactions with patience and care
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required
