Summerside Integrative Care Clinic (SICC), a rapidly expanding multidisciplinary clinic located in the vibrant heart of Summerside, is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our dynamic team

**About the Opportunity**

**Your Role Will Include**:
Welcoming and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism

Answering phone calls

Scheduling and managing appointments using our clinic software

Processing payments

Simple cleaning and keeping up with laundry

Supporting therapists and maintaining smooth daily clinic operations

**What We’re Looking For**:
Strong communication and multitasking skills

Prior experience in reception, healthcare, or customer service (an asset)

Willingness to work evening shifts until 7:00 Availability for occasional Saturday shifts

Experience with Jane software is a strong asset, or willingness and enthusiasm to learn

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Positive, professional attitude with strong attention to detail
