**NOW HIRING**: Receptionist

**LOCATION**: Centennial Honda, Summerside, Prince Edward Island

**HOURS**: Full time, permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

**WAGES**: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour + benefits. Negotiable based on experience.

- **Interpersonal Skills**: Builds rapport easily, demonstrates excellent phone etiquette and professional communication.
- **Customer Service Experience**: Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in retail or hospitality.
- **Positive Attitude**: Friendly, upbeat, and able to handle challenging situations with a positive demeanor.
- **Team Player**: Collaborates effectively and contributes to a positive team environment.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
- **Technical Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication, proficient with computers. DMS experience is a plus.
- **Personal Attributes**: Reliable, proactive, professional, and organized. Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- **Additional Assets**: Knowledge of the automotive industry/vehicles and bilingualism (especially French) are considered assets.

**MAIN JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and efficiently, taking messages if necessary
- Greet all customers warmly, professionally, and in a timely manner
- Direct individuals to the appropriate department or employee
- Handle all sales administration tasks, including inventory setup and vehicle file maintenance.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, faxing, and data entry
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
