**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Student Consultation**: Conduct consultations with prospective students to understand their educational goals, career aspirations, and program interests.
- ** Information Provision**: Provide detailed information about CIMT College's programs, including curriculum, admission requirements, tuition fees, financial aid options, and student support services.
- ** Admissions Criteria Evaluation**: Evaluate applicants' qualifications and eligibility for admission based on established criteria and guidelines.
- ** Conversion Management**: Employ effective sales techniques to convert inquiries into enrolled students, meeting or exceeding enrollment targets.
- ** Relationship Building**: Cultivate positive relationships with prospective students, alumni, and external stakeholders to promote CIMT College and enhance the admissions experience.
- ** Event Participation**: Represent CIMT College at recruitment events, career fairs, and other outreach activities to attract prospective students and promote awareness of our programs.
- ** Compliance and Ethics**: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ethical guidelines, and college policies in all admissions activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in college admissions, student recruitment, or a related field. Experience in an Ontario college setting is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and sales abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of educational programs, admissions processes, and relevant regulations

**Admissions Advisors need to be**:

- Flexible and available to work onsite as per the campus schedule.
- Adhere to all CIMT College Policies and Procedures Comply with all regulatory standards as set out by the Ministry of Colleges and Universities and OCC Act 2005
