**The Role**

As the General Manager (Property Management) in St. Catherines regio**n**, you’ll be the cornerstone of Richmond’s regional expansion — leading operations, driving growth, and establishing a strong market presence. You’ll roll up your sleeves to launch the region, secure new business, and build a high-performing local team.

This is a hands-on leadership position designed for someone who thrives in both strategy and execution — a natural relationship builder, problem solver, and growth driver.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Leadership & Business Development**
- Define and execute the market entry strategy for the new region.
- Build brand awareness through localized marketing and networking.
- Actively pursue new property management contracts and partnerships.
- Develop and execute a scalable plan for regional growth and team expansion.

**Relationship Management**
- Cultivate strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and partners.
- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective, quality service.
- Represent Richmond Property Management in the local business community.

**Financial Management**
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for the region.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial tracking, reporting, and performance results.
- Deliver on financial targets and operational KPIs.

**Operational Oversight**
- Oversee day-to-day property operations, leasing, and tenant relations.
- Implement systems and best practices for maintenance, rent collection, and compliance.
- Maintain Richmond’s high standards of service and operational excellence.

**Team Leadership**
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing regional team as the business grows.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and service excellence.
- Work closely with the Home Office leadership team, including Klinton and Frances, to align strategy and execution.

- Experienced in property management or real estate, ideally with leadership or regional oversight.
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful — you thrive on building from the ground up.
- A people-first leader with strong relationship and communication skills.
- Hands-on and operationally sharp — you know how to get the job done.
