**About the General Manager Role**:

- As the General Manager, you are responsible for everything and everybody. You are the leader of the entire business.
- You are the champion of all culinary and hospitality Management responsibilities.
- You are responsible for sales growth, cost controls, adherence of all standards, development & retention of your team, repairs & maintenance as well as involvement in the budgeting process.
- The two primary goals for the business are; Profitable growth in Guest counts & greater retention of Team Members.
- This is a full-time Salaried Management position reporting directly to the Regional Operations Leader.

**General Manager Earnings & Perks**:

- $75,000 - $90,000 annual salary
- GM Bonus Incentive (up to 50% of base salary, paid quarterly as earned vs strategic metrics)
