Responsibilities of the position will also include:

- Ensuring each job has the necessary supplies, approvals and permits.
- Maintaining software systems to ensure that all required information is entered and readily available.
- Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Tracking preventative maintenance at each property to ensure our assets are protected.
- Ensuring proper records are accurately kept and maintained relating to all building and equipment, including repair and service records.
- Assist the Director of Assets, Acquisitions & Mergers, and the Construction Project Managers on the field with any administrative tasks they require to be effective.
- Book travel arrangements for the construction team.
- Submit timesheets and ensure payroll complete for the Construction teams.
- Other duties as assigned.
- A minimum of 5 years administrative experience in a commercial construction/maintenance field.
- Previous experience in purchasing supplies for construction projects.
- Solid understanding of inventory of supplies and equipment.
- An understanding of construction industry and mechanical systems, such as HVAC, boilers, electrical systems, and plumbing.
- Strong computer literacy in Outlook, Word, Excel, and project management software.
- Previous experience with a maintenance software program is preferred.
- Safety conscious and safety training is considered an asset.
