- Coordinate with suppliers and trades to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Manage permit applications, approvals, inspections, and related documentation.
- Track project documentation including drawings, specifications, selections, change orders, and invoices.
- Assist with RFIs (Requests for Information) and follow up on responses as required.
- Maintain accurate project records using construction project management software.
- Serve as a key point of contact between the office, site teams, trades, suppliers, and municipal authorities.
- Support cost tracking and budget control by monitoring commitments and invoices.
- Identify potential scheduling, permitting, or supply issues and proactively communicate solutions.
- Contribute to process improvements and organizational best practices as the company grows.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in residential construction, renovations, or a construction coordination role.
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing, materials, and building processes.
- Hands-on experience with scheduling, purchase orders, and permit coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with construction project management and scheduling software (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is an asset.
What We Offer
- A positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment.
- Competitive compensation, based on experience.
- Company phone.
- Comprehensive group benefits plan (health, dental, vision, and pharmacy) available after 3 months of employment.
Join Our Team
