Reporting to Site Superintendent and Ownership, as an Assistant Site Superintendent you will coordinate and manage all on-site activities to deliver successful projects to owners, on time and on budget with the desired level of quality. Assistant Site Superintendent duties include, but are not limited to:
Role and Responsibilities:
**Key Responsibilities**

**Site Maintenance & Clean-up**
- Maintain clean and safe job sites by removing debris and organizing materials
- Sweep walkways, remove snow/ice if applicable, and support general site upkeep

**Material Handling**
- Assist with receiving deliveries, unloading materials, and staging for trades
- Transport supplies, tools, and equipment under supervision

**Support to Site Supervisor and Trades**
- Provide on-the-spot help to ensure construction progresses smoothly
- construction building as required

**Coordination & Administrative Support**
- Run job site errands (such as pick-ups or drop-offs)
- Assist with taking and organizing site photos for documentation
- Help with signage setup and tool inventory as needed

**Safety & Compliance**
- Follow all company safety rules and report concerns to your supervisor
- Wear required PPE (provided) and participate in safety briefings

**Qualifications**
- Construction experience
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
