**What You’ll Really Be Doing**:

- **Master of Claims**: Juggle ERP systems like a pro to keep the warranty process flawless and in line with our (sometimes overly complicated) company standards.
- **Claim Ninja**: Submit, track, and maximize claims, making sure nothing slips past the warranty expiration alarm clock.
- **Detective Work**: Review work orders like Sherlock Holmes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and mystery-free submissions.
- **Relationship Whisperer**: Work closely with our service team to fix any hiccups in claims and keep the warranty train rolling.
- **Captain of Follow-Ups**: Denied claims? No problem You’ll strategize adjustments, escalate rejections, and make sure payments land where they should.
- **Part Tracker Extraordinaire**: Track warranty parts, follow up with warehouses, and make sure no defective part overstays its welcome.
- **Warranty Guru**: Keep up with factory info and announcements to stay two steps ahead of warranty chaos.

**What You’ll Bring to the Table**:

- **Experience**: 3-5 years of expertise in the thrilling world of warranty claims, especially if you’ve wrangled claims for heavy equipment.
- **Languages**: Bilingual? Parfait French and English is a big plus
- **Organizational Prowess**: Juggle priorities like a circus performer and keep every claim in line.
- **Communication Superpowers**: You’re a natural at keeping things smooth and harmonious between teams.
- **Accountability**: Take pride in your work like a true champion.
- **Computer Know-How**: Intermediate skills are perfect; you’ll be a pro in our ERP systems in no time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $88,000.00 per year
