Ganjika House is hiring We are looking for part-time associates to add to our growing locations in Brampton.

**The responsibilities of the Team Lead include**:

- Greeting and welcoming guests
- Verify customer’s ID as well as all other required documents
- Develop and maintain knowledge of store products and their qualities.
- Educate guests on cannabis in a knowledgeable and expedient manner
- Follow established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assisting with audits & inventory control
- Support with completing all tasks and duties within the store architecture as assigned
- Receiving, processing, and organizing product deliveries when needed
- Adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures (education, merchandising, cleanliness, security, checklists etc.)
- Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, provincial, and municipal legislation
- Operate with honesty and respect
- Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints
- Must be able to effectively use the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store while following all security measures
- Keep open communication with both management and coworkers to ensure proper handling of all issues and to ensure effective store operation and compliance with applicable rules and regulations

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brampton, ON L6W 2E2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
