Your role is pivotal in achieving our sales goals and maintaining operational excellence which allows you the opportunity to grow within our organization. **Main Responsibilities**: - Report to the Store Manager/Assistant Managers/Shift Managers. - Forge genuine connections with customers, offering exceptional service and guidance. - Budtenders should understand how the rules of recreational cannabis differs from the rules of medical cannabis and what are the general guidelines between the two sub sectors of the industry. - Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and legislative requirements (AGCO). - Support store maintenance, ensuring a clean and inviting environment. - Maintain adequate stock and accurate inventory counts. - Complete transactions accurately, adhering to all cash and Loss Prevention procedures. - Actively pursue opportunities to exceed customer expectations and enhance business outcomes every day. - Provide feedback to management on customer experience and product variation. - Check identification of customers who appear to be 25 years of age or younger. - Fulfil delivery orders (If needed) **Qualifications/Skills**: - Must be 19 years of age or older (mandatory). - CannSell Certification (mandatory). - Pre-employment Criminal Record Check (mandatory). - 1-2 years of experience in Cannabis Retail/Retail/Hospitality (Highly preferred). - Knowledge/Experience with cannabis products, consumption methods, and accessories (Highly preferred) - Demonstrated ability in high-volume, fast-paced settings. - Flexible availability for weekly shifts including weekends, holidays, and closing shifts (Most shifts will be Thursday to Sunday). - Strong interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills. - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Valid G or G2 driver’s licence (preferred). - Own a vehicle or access to one for fulfilling delivery orders (preferred). **Job Type**: Part-time **Salary**: $16.55-$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week **Benefits**: - On-site parking - Store discount Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Day shift - Evening shift - Every Weekend - On call - Weekends as needed **Experience**: - Customer service: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: - CanSell Certification (required) Work Location: In person
