**Duties**
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate cannabis products based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about various strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized display of products while adhering to safety and health standards.
- Educate customers on responsible consumption and the effects of different cannabis products.
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Uphold company policies and state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in cashiering or retail is preferred; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Familiarity with computer operation for inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for product handling and stocking.
- A genuine passion for cannabis culture and knowledge of various strains and products is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage effectively with customers.
- Must be at least 19 years of age as per state regulations.
- Cansell Certification Required
