**Overview**
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while guiding them through their cannabis purchasing experience. Your expertise in cannabis products and your ability to communicate effectively will help create a welcoming environment for all patrons.

**Duties**
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate cannabis products based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about various strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized display of products while adhering to safety and health standards.
- Educate customers on responsible consumption and the effects of different cannabis products.
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Uphold company policies and state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in cashiering or retail is preferred; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Familiarity with computer operation for inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for product handling and stocking.
- A genuine passion for cannabis culture and knowledge of various strains and products is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage effectively with customers.
- Must be at least 19 years of age as per state regulations.
- Cansell Certification Required
