**Job description**

Hibuzz Cannabis is looking for friendly people who have a passion for cannabis, customer service and efficiency to join us on this journey.

As a member of the Buzz team you will be required to live and breathe our mission to seize opportunity, lead with passion and be the absolute best. We aim to provide guests with an extraordinary cannabis shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Process transactions through the store point-of-sale system
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Work with other budtenders in providing unparalleled customer experience
- Assist with merchandising and cleaning as directed
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Guide and direct customers in their cannabis purchasing journey
- Answer customer questions and concerns
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Complete tasks as assigned by the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and Key Leaders
- Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, provincial and municipal legislation
- Ensure adherence to POS in all transactions
- Assist with opening/closing of store and other tasks as assigned
- Frequent lifting of boxes of supplies

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- **CannSell certification (Only Standard is required but Master level is a plus)**:

- **Criminal Record Check**:

- **Retail experience required**:

- In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods
- In-depth knowledge of all products carried in store
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Retail experience preferred
- Minimum 19 years of age

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week

**Salary**: $16.50-$17.50 per hour

- Retail: 2 years (preferred)
