The Sales Representative is responsible for selling products and services to customers and clients. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients in order to meet sales goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target prospective customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with customers.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity and customer information using CRM software.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Knowledge of the industry and competitive landscape.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
