We are hiring **Sales Representative **for our client located in Burlington, ON. The company offers unique Scandinavian & contemporary furniture and represents some of the world's finest furniture brands.

**Schedule**: Mon - Fri, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, Sat, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm,

Full-Time Position

**WORK LOCATION**:Burlington, Ontario

**Base Salary: $45 000 - $50 000/Year**

**Total compensation ranges from $45K to $70k, which depends on sales.**

We are looking for an excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Welcomes and professionally engages every guest to ensure customer expectations are met, and the Company brand image is properly represented.
- Helping customers with their furnishing dreams
- Listens to guest needs and provides advice on meeting those needs.
- Provide product demonstrations to customers and maintain a tidy showroom.
- Build trust with customers quickly - expressing kindness, professionalism, and empathy - while focused on closing the sale.
- Complete post-sales order entry and administration processes.
- Maintain knowledge of Company products and services.

**We are looking for Someone Who Has**
- Minimum 3 years of Sales in the Furniture industry
- Interior Design Education
- Superior consultative selling skills with proven closing ability
- Solid organizational skills and values attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Articulate and effective communicator. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle problem resolution smartly and with confidence.
- A positive attitude and desire to grow professionally.
