**The Role**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Be an Event Visionary: Dream up and execute unforgettable fundraising events that captivate donors, inspire supporters, and showcase the heart of our mission.
- Engage with Impact: Build strong connections with donors, sponsors, and community partners, ensuring they feel valued and inspired to contribute to our cause.
- Lead with Creativity: Bring your innovative ideas to the table, designing events that are as unique and inclusive as the individuals we serve.
- Strategize for Success: Set ambitious fundraising goals and craft strategies to not only meet but exceed them, ensuring our mission has the resources to thrive.
- Foster Collaboration: Work with a passionate team of staff, volunteers, and external partners, creating an environment where everyone is invested in delivering extraordinary events.
- Measure and Celebrate: Analyze event outcomes, celebrate wins, and continuously refine your approach to ensure ongoing growth and success.

**Who You Are**:

- An event pro with proven experience in event planning, fundraising and campaigns.
- A strong project manager with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A relationship-building superstar with a passion for fostering positive, inclusive work environments.
- A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.

Pay: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
