Executive Assistant to CEO

What you will do:
- Work very closely with the CEO and his team to keep them well informed of planned business activities, events and strategies.
- Manage the flow of information in a time sensitive and accurate nature.
- Have a clear idea of recording meeting minutes and complete it without the loss of any data.
- Manage the CEOs calendar without compromise, scheduling and coordinating meetings as required
- Communicate with different team members of the company as well as with the corporate connections as required to ensure the goals of the business are achieved within the expected timeframe.
- Manage travel plans and arrangements of the CEO, family members and other essential team members when and wherever required.
- Drive and manage commute to/from work and personal events when and wherever required.
- Manage social media handles of the CEO and prepare responses/posts as required.
- Click pictures, shoot videos and manage database of similar files to support the promotion of the business.
- Run household and personal errands on behalf of the CEO.
- Manage all the financial accounts
- tracking expenses, entering bills, paying them on time and other tasks as required.
- Maintain an extreme degree of confidentiality in regards to all the tasks performed and the activities involved, throughout the employment period and after.
- Willingness to travel domestic and internationally with no or very short notice (Travel and stay expenses are covered by the company)
- Other tasks/responsibilities that may be assigned during the tenure.
In order to be successful, you should bring:
- Diploma/Degree in Business/Office Administration or any other qualification if you can prove it relevant during the interview.
- Being bilingual would be an added advantage as cross-cultural work is a part of daily routine.
- A Canadian Drivers license or willingness and ability to obtain one within 3-4 months of the employment.
- Exceptional people skills. You must be able to carry a conversation.
- Strong smart phone skills especially Camera and Apps.
- A clean Criminal/Police Record as this person would work closely with vulnerable population including the CEOs family members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Must and to be proven during interview)
- Emotionally stable, non-compromised discretion and confidentiality
- Proven organizational and time-management skills.
- Non-judgmental approach to every individual regardless of their age, gender, ethnicity or any other background.
- Follows instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion
- Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results

**Salary**: $44,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
