Executive Assistant to CEO

**About Us**:
**What You’ll Do**:
- Organize the CEO’s personal and professional schedule
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors via call/text
- Schedule appointments and make bookings
- Organize credit card and bank statements
- Open and sort physical mail
- Post listings on platforms like Facebook and Craigslist
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Tech-savvy with experience using Gmail, Outlook, and basic admin platforms
- Reliable transportation, your own laptop, and phone
- **Real estate experience is a plus, but not required**
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
