As the Lower Mainland's largest Awards and Recognition supplier, Coronation Recognition is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Port Coquitlam team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently handle phone inquiries and assist walk-in customers.
- Aid showroom customers in selecting new and picking up existing orders.
- Support the sales team with administration tasks like scheduling couriers and tracking orders.

**Required Skills and Qualities**:

- A keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient in multitasking and maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment.
- A problem solver who can handle challenges effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
