**Job Summary**
- Disarm/arm alarm, complete security walk-through, ensure closing checklist.
- Handle courier pick-ups/drop-offs before doors open or after close.
- Answer multi-line phone, shared inbox, and live-chat; resolve or triage inquiries.
- Provide concierge-level support to VIP accounts—expedite orders, track shipments, coordinate returns.
- Enter and release sales orders in our ERP/Shopify back-end; monitor stock levels.
- Create pick/pack lists, freight paperwork, and export docs; liaise with warehouse & logistics partners.
- Track daily fulfilment KPIs and flag delays or back-orders.
- Keep front desk, meeting areas, and supplies in top shape.
- Maintain visitor log and H&S protocols.
- Assist GM with ad-hoc tasks (report prep, vendor follow-ups, travel bookings).
- Suggest process tweaks, template replies, and workflow automations that elevate customer experience and reduce errors.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry into our systems.
- Collaborate with team members to address complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in English is required; Spanish or other multilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with customers.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
- Experience in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a positive attitude toward challenges.
- Previous experience in sales or related fields is a plus.
