POSITION OVERVIEW

The Marcom Project Manager manages assigned projects, coaches teams in agile practices and supports overall planning and efficiency activities for the department.

CHALLENGES TO BE MET

For the Marketing and Communications department overall:
- Act as an expert in project and planning tools and support team members in using these tools.- Assist in overall Marcom planning activities as needed.

For the projects that you manage:
- Manage assigned projects in collaboration with Marketing managers. Assume responsibility for creating project plans, monitoring, deadlines, capacity planning, budget, risks, mitigation measures, and communication throughout the assignment.- Act as a coach and ambassador for the implementation of Agile practices in projects and operational activities.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- Bachelor's degree in project management, marketing or a related field.- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing medium‑sized projects.- PMP and/or Scrum Master certification, an asset.- Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops, an asset.- Experience using project tools to manage all stages of the project life cycle.- Knowledge of Agile approaches and ability to influence mindsets (change management).- Excellent priority and time management.- Great listening and communication skills; ability to negotiate and influence decisions, as well as lead workshops, as needed.- Team spirit and self-starter.- Solid problem-solving and monitoring skills.- Rigour, independence, initiative and effective stress management.- Bilingual (French and English).
