**EDGE Program, Technical Sales and Consulting**

Rockwell Automation's Technical Sales and Consulting Program is a world-class, multi-month training program consisting of a combination of sales, technical and professional training that take place in both classroom and on-the-job settings. Join a cohort of peers from all over the world and embark on a journey to become a trusted outcome-based seller. After completion of the training program, Associates are placed in one of our field sales offices across North America.

**Basic qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

- Must be location flexible
- Valid Canadian driver's license

**Preferred qualifications**
- 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Previous intern experience with Rockwell Automation, our Partner Network, or** **our customer
- Degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Software or Chemical Engineering; Computer Science, Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business, or other technical degrees or similar
- Previous co-op or intern experience in manufacturing, product marketing, or customer-facing role
- Experience and knowledge with technical skills and/or domains

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $70,000 - $90,000/annual. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
