**Overall Purpose of this Role**

The primary purpose of this role is to develop and manage campaigns for all Radius Fire & Security products. This role will use be a key liaison with the wider company, gathering feedback and creating and managing campaigns to help achieve company objectives. The role will use reporting dashboards and analytics in order to measure success, and support the wider Marketing teams where required.
- Sales Support and Growth_
- Attend regular Sales meetings to gather intel and feedback on all markets (BC, ON, AB, and TX)
- Work with the Sales team to ensure a seamless “close” of a lead into a customer, as refelcted in HubSpot
- Work with the Sales team to understand how our marketing activity impacts potential customers, and converts customers
- Support new growth markets (Toronto, Alberta, Texas) through Marketing activity and campaigns that inform, educate, and entice potential customers and attract them to the websites and phone lines
- Campaign Management_
- Manage #_Protected _Story video series
- Manage video production with contractor for Tech Tip videos
- Initiate and manage special campaigns designed to attract customers and new leads, including, but not limited to:

- Responsible for New Product launch plans and execution
- Coordinate tradeshows in Canada with the wider team
- Work with wider Marketing team to ensure campaigns work in conjunction with, and compliment, all other marketing efforts, such as social media, content, trade shows, and other events
- Reporting and Analytics_
- Create monthly summary reports, to be delivered to the VP of Sales & Marketing, that highlights activity and performance against KPIs and metrics, with a brief commentary on successes, potential blockers, and/or underperfoming areas
- HubSpot dashboard management
- Tradeshow reporting (Canada)
- Campaign-specific reporting
- Marketing Team Support_
- Provide necessary support to the Marketing Specialist and local Coordinators, providing insights and support on activity as needed
- Teamwork_
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns on time and on budget
- Work cross-functionally with the Sales team to gather content and intel that drives campaigns
- Oversee all paid advertising through our external agency, paying close attention to ROI and other KPIs

**Experience / Skills / Education**
- 3+ years’ working experience in marketing campaigns, preferably in B2B service models
- Demonstrated success in a similar role/s, shown by: managing multiple projects and campaigns, and cross-functional work
- Degree in Marketing, and/or Business preferred, or industry-specific degree or certification
- Proficiency in HubSpot (CRM), including dashboard analytic, social media management, and data management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate results to various stakeholders and clearly present data and feedback
- Must be:
