**What’s a Safety Watch?**

When industrial facilities (petrochemical plants, refineries, oil sands facilities, etc.) shut down for regular maintenance, _often called “turn-arounds”_, hundreds (or thousands) of workers come onsite to clean, inspect and repair the tanks, vessels and equipment. Our job is to keep those workers safe by regularly testing for hazardous gases, keeping eyes on them when they are working in “confined spaces”, supplying them with clean “breathing air” from our pressurized air systems, and ensuring fires don’t spark-up from welding activities. These are the duties of our Safety Watch and we train you to do this work.

**Where’s the work?**

We work across Western Canada:

- Camp jobs in Northern Alberta where we fly you to site (and you spend no money)
- Hotel jobs where we provide you a daily allowance for subsistence.
- Local jobs (In the Regina Area) where you drive yourself to site and home at night.

**Requirements**:

- Be fit for duty daily
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service
- Must have good attention to detail
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- **H2S Alive Certification* **obtained through Energy Safety Canada
- **CSO (Common Safety Orientation)** obtained through Energy Safety Canada
- **Standard First Aid - with CPR/AED - Level A or C (or equivalent)**:

Licence/Certification:

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
