Current Opportunity - **Coordinator, Construction Services**
- Managing and administering contracts to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and quality specifications
- Coordinating and solving day-to-day contractual problems
- Monitoring and controlling schedules
- Liaising with Client-Partner representatives on contract-related problems and risks, negotiating and issuing change orders
- Maintaining site activity records, liaising with other service lines and site teams as required
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships within DCC, and with industry, the Client-Partners, and/or stakeholders
- Managing contract risks, ensuring quality standards are met in line with corporate and Client-Partner expectations
- Managing contract financials, coordinating consultant construction review and third-party testing, ensuring health and safety, industrial security, and environmental compliance
You'll get to showcase your expertise in construction management and work alongside a team of talented professionals. **Here are the qualifications we're looking for**:
- A college diploma in engineering, applied science, or related field with four years of relevant experience, or the equivalent
- Certification in an applicable field preferred (e.g., Certified Engineering Technologist)
- Strong knowledge of best practices, methods, trends, and legislation in construction, construction products, and materials
- Expertise in project, contract, and risk management principles, and health and safety management
