**Job Title: Project Coordinator**

**Number of Positions**: 1
**Hours**: Regular office hours 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with occasional site visits and after-hours work as required

**Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Administration**: Manage contracts, documentation, and compliance requirements from initiation through close‑out.
- **Labour & Financial Tracking**: Maintain labour trackers, and support preparation of schedules of values and billing process.
- **Coordination & Documentation**: Manage shop drawings, subcontractor purchase orders, and vendor documentation.
- **Materials & Procurement Support**: Track materials, purchase orders, and confirmations.
- **Change Management**: Assist with RFIs, site instructions, and change orders, including costing, approvals, and billing updates.
- **Billing & Reporting**: Support invoice approvals, credit note monitoring, and project profitability reporting.
- **Team & Site Support**: Prepare meeting agendas, coordinate meetings and track action items, and provide on-site support as needed.
- **Project Close-Out**: Coordinate collection of project close-out documentation.
- **Cross-Functional Assistance**: Provide ad hoc support to Accounting and Project Management teams.

**Qualifications**
- **Education & Experience** Diploma in Engineering Technology, Business Administration, Construction Administration, or equivalent experience.
- **Experience** Entry level/New Grad, or 1-3 years in an administrative or project coordination role; construction industry experience is an asset.
- **Software Proficiency** Microsoft Office 365, Sage, and estimating software are an asset.
- **Skills** Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to manage competing priorities, clear written and verbal communication, comfortable liaising with a variety of stakeholders.
- **Other** Valid driver’s license and ability to visit sites across HRM.

**How to Apply**

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
