We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia (CA-NS), Canada (CA).

**Project Coordinator**

The Project Coordinator assists in the preparation, reporting, and analysis of IT projects under the supervision of project/program managers. Performs many administrative tasks required for smooth running of the project.

**Job Responsibilities Include**:

- Reviewing & tracking of customer billings/invoicing
- Maintaining resource roster
- Coordinating with vendor and internal teams for timesheet reconciliation, WBS allocation etc.
- Updating project/SOW tracking/status
- Updating project governance tools
- Distribution of communications
- Develop and maintain accurate and complete files for projects and programs; continues to monitor for integrity and completeness.
- Provide ad hoc reporting as requested.
- Provide additional administrative support as requested.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of IT Delivery experience
- Experience working with cloud-based technology system(s)
- Experience completing assigned project tasks, working individually and as part of a team.
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience documenting project requirements, developing reports, and disseminating reports for project team members and stakeholders.

Position is in Halifax, Nova Scotia
