**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash with care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including workstations, dining areas, and equipment.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food items served.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including baking pastries or preparing light snacks.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Manage time effectively to meet customer demands while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong skills in food preparation, cashiering, and basic math for handling transactions.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing techniques and beverage recipes.

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
