ZCREW Café provides specialty coffee to customers by using _**Black Eagle VA 388**_, _**EK43**_, and _**Mythos Clima Pro.**_They grind out soured and special blend South America and Ethiopia profiles as our signature espresso foundation. Of course, we never leave without Single-origin pour-over, Ice drip etc. In addition, we will also offer very authentic specialty tea program which is unique and interesting.

As a Barista be part of our front house team, you’ll play a dual role — part of coffee genius, part of artist. In this role, you’ll need to be
- Motivated, creative and passion about specialty coffee
- Sharing your enthusiasm for flavours, quality produce and technique
- Capability to ensure effective OH & S standards are being maintained
- Willing to make specialty coffee, eager to learn specialty coffee/tea knowledge, techniques and cultures

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Excellent customer service
- Minimum 1 years experiences in specialty coffee, strong passion with specialty coffee
- Required coffee knowledge: density distribution, vertical tapping, tamping depth and extraction yield
- Able to maintenance and cleanliness the espresso machine
- We make specialty coffee, so latte Arts are required
- Attention to detail, with the ability to problem solve
- Ability to use POS system take orders
- Be clean, focus and organized
- Responsible with professional manner
- Excellent motivational communication skill, speak fluent English

**JOB DESCREBTIONS**:

- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times when serving customers
- Making coffee, preparing smoothie ingredients and making smoothies, brewing tea
- Handle the multi-task in coffee bar, tea bar and smoothie bar
- Daily front house opening, closing activities.
- Ensure that table appointments, table arrangements, and decorations are impeccable and tables are set correctly
- taking orders and severing dishes and beverage to tables

It is an opportunity to show your talent in coffee scene. It is also a good opportunity for junior barista to learn high level barista knowledge and skills from our head barista from Melbourne. If you do not have confidence about your barista skill or have enough specialty coffee back ground?
