**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement catering menus that align with client preferences and budget constraints.
- Coordinate logistics for catering events, including setup, service, and breakdown.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring profitability while maintaining high standards of service.
- Train and supervise catering staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance client experiences.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best pricing and quality of goods.
- Maintain an organized inventory of catering supplies and equipment.
- Foster relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in catering management or a related field within the hotel or restaurant industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management related to catering operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
