**About Us**

ClearPath Snow Removal is a locally owned service dedicated to keeping our community safe and stress-free during the winter months. We provide reliable driveway and walkway snow clearing for residential clients across Edmonton.

We are looking for motivated and dependable **Snow Removal Labourers** to join our team for the upcoming winter season. Work is outdoors and involves clearing residential driveways, walkways, and sidewalks after snowfalls.

**Duties include**:

- Shovelling snow from residential driveways and walkways
- Working efficiently independently
- Following assigned routes and reporting to supervisor

**What We Offer**
- Flexible shifts (work is mostly after snowfalls, mornings/evenings)
- Paid per snowfall

- Local routes (minimized travel time)
- Opportunity to earn bonuses during heavy snow periods

**Requirements**:

- Physically able to lift and shovel snow for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual (must show up after snowfalls)
- Able to work outdoors in cold weather
- Access to transportation
- Previous snow removal or outdoor labour experience is an asset, but not required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $15.00-$37.82 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 10 per week
