**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform snow removal to clear sidewalks, driveways/entry ways for both commercial and residential sites.
- Use hand and power tools effectively for snow removal such as back pack blowers, sweepers, snow blowers, shovels and scrapers.
- Perform regular maintenance on equipment to ensure performance during snow removal operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of snow removal assignments.
- Clean up project sites, removing debris and ensuring a safe and tidy environment.
- Actively participate in the company's Health & Safety Program.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and practices, ensuring a secure working environment for all team members.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Perform duties in various environments, including residential and commercial sites.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and on uneven terrain.
- Handle physically demanding tasks, often in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**
