Laserglow Technologies is a successful and growing optoelectronics company headquartered in Toronto. We are light enthusiasts that provide innovative Virtually Projected walkways, safety signs, truck docking lasers, crane and forklift lights using the latest laser and LED technologies.

**Primary responsibilities**:

- Design and execute creative campaigns that align with our brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop new ideas for content and campaigns.
- Assist with the management of social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and reporting.
- Help to execute PPC campaigns to drive traffic to our website.
- Manage and update the company's website using a CMS.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or related field preferred but not required.
- Excellent design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, AdWords, and other digital marketing tools.
- Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow within the field.

This is a full-time in-person position. We offer a highly competitive compensation package which includes a strong base salary, profit sharing, paid vacation and sick time, and medical benefits.
