We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated students to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for the summer (May to August). In this role, you will assist with managing customer accounts, taking orders, coordinating with warehouse staff, answering customer inquiries, and providing after-sales services. No prior experience is required—training will be provided. However, prior customer service experience is preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently handle and process customer orders.
- Coordinate order details with warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain customer accounts and ensure excellent service and satisfaction.
- Provide after-sales support to retain customers and enhance satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Major in Digital Marketing or related field is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Speaking Chinese is considered an asset.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
