**Duties**
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Attend trade shows and networking events to represent the company and promote products.
**Experience**
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- A self-starter attitude with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including occasional evenings or weekends for events or client meetings.
