**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and high-achieving real estate sales representative to join our team. As a real estate sales representative, you will be responsible for prospecting new clients, maintaining existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the real estate industry. This position offers the opportunity to utilize your real estate expertise, develop personal sales skills, and receive rewarding compensation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain existing customer relationships within the real estate sector, provide excellent customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement individual sales plans tailored to the real estate market to achieve company sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and property development, to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales performance within the real estate sector, gather market feedback, and report to the sales manager in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience within the real estate industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the real estate market.
- Strong self-motivation and teamwork spirit.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability, able to thrive in a fast-paced real estate environment.
- Proficiency in using office software and real estate management tools.
- Must have and maintain a valid provincial G class driver’s license
