**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Store Operations**:
- Plan, direct, and evaluate daily retail operations.
- Ensure the store meets its sales goals and financial objectives.
- Oversee stock levels and manage inventory control.
- Opening and closing the store accurately.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Train, and supervise staff, ensuring high levels of performance and morale.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and set goals.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide outstanding customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Promote customer loyalty and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Sales and Marketing**:
- Monitor sales trends and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Execute and promote in-store marketing initiatives.
- **Compliance and Safety**:
- Ensure the store complies with Ontario health and safety regulations.
- Maintain store cleanliness and enforce security protocols.
- Manage cash handling procedures and financial reporting.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
**Education and Experience**:
- Post-secondary education in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in retail.
**Work Environment**:
- Fast-paced retail setting.
- Physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and light lifting may be required.
**Salary**:
