What you’ll do:
- Motivate, coach, develop and inspire your team to help customers find the perfect product or service

What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience leading and coaching a retail team of at least 50 associates
- 3+ years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment
