Drayton Valley, Canada Brazeau Foundation Full time

This position will augment current Maintenance Staff in maintaining/developing the grounds maintenance at the Shangri-La Lodge, Wishing Well Apartments and Lezure Lea Apartments.

It will involve snow removal and maintenance of sidewalks and parking lots. Hours will vary based on Weather Conditions.

Valid driver’s license & drivers abstract required

This Position requires Physical Endurance, Clean Criminal Record Check

First Aid Certification considered an asset.

Ø Operate and maintain equipment including snow & leaf blowers

Ø Be available to do manual labour and assist with minor maintenance duties

Ø Promote Health & Safety by adhering to safe work practices

Ø Be pleasant & sincere in dealing with the elderly as well as staff members

Ø Be a team player but also able to work independently

Ø Be knowledgeable of W.H.M.I.S. and First Aid

Ø Perform other duties/responsibilities as assigned

Salary **$19.18 to start**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
