**Scope of the role**
- The Manager of Digital Marketing is responsible for maintaining and optimizing digital marketing channels including google and social media. Their duties include strategizing and setting up successful paid media campaigns. Reviewing and editing creating content.

**Responsibilities**
- Set-up and manage Paid Media Campaigns such as Google ads, Meta ads and Pinterest ads
- Set-up and troubleshooting with Paid Media Campaigns such as Google and other social media platforms
- Manage 3rd party agencies
- Manage campaign budgets and allocations to ensure best performance results
- Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Identifying current trends and insights to optimize spending and performance
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

**The right Person**
- 5+ years’ experience working with Google and Social Media paid Campaigns
- Google, Social Media and GA4 Certificates an asset
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Able to perform strategically, analytically, and creatively
- Fast learner and efficient problem-solver
- Proven working experience in Digital Marketing
- Passionate about Digital Marketing
- Experience motivating, coaching and leading teams
- Outstanding oral and written communications skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexible, reliable, conscientious, and able to follow directions
- Highly motivated, outgoing, and able to portray a professional positive attitude
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to drive issues to closure despite setbacks.
- Able to troubleshoot issues, anticipate problems and make logical decisions.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
