Digital Marketing is the key pillar to our Real Estate business' leads generation. This role of Digital Marketer will be responsible for both paid search marketing and video content marketing.

Our key digital paid media are video/image driven, such as YouTube Ads, Image Display Ads, and sometimes, Google Ads. This role will create and manage these ads to achieve high ROI leads generation result with advanced SEM knowledge and technics.

Digital Marketer also edits videos in both English and Chinese, creates SEO enriched associating content, such as Headlines and descriptions, and upload to multiple video platforms in Canada and China.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Create and optimize landing pages to increase conversion rate
- Under budget, manage PPC campaigns, adjust bids and optimize keywords. Timely track and report ads with tools such as Google Analytics
- Investigate, propose and implement SEM strategy for efficient leads generation, particularly among Chinese demographic in GTA and HK
- Edit 2 long videos and 2 shorts/week in Chinese and English, add animations, captions in both languages, and upload YouTube, RED and Toutiao etc
- Practice SEO, adopting tools and techniques to improve searchability for titles & descriptions, achieving high video views and channel subscribers
- For our own listing, produce property photography and videography

**Qualifications**:

- Fully bilingual in both **Chinese and English**, written and spoken.
- College diploma or above in Business, Commerce, Marketing or related fields preferred.
- Minimum 2-year full-time Google PPC experience, and very familiar with Google Analytics
- Good business sense, not just an artist, always carrying P&L mindset to drive high growth and profitability
- Some knowledge and experience in video editing
- Basic graphic and layout design
- Hunger to learn and grow, adapt fast and love challenges. Willing to acquire new skills and continue to learn at your own time

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
