**Max Advanced Brakes** is a leading supplier of automotive brake parts in North America, headquartered in Markham, Ontario. In particular, we specialize in performance brake rotors and pads and aim to provide the best product & service for our customers in Canada and the United States. We are currently seeking ambitious & capable individuals to join our growing team and be a part of the Max Advanced Brakes family.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the development, management and execution of digital acquisition programs to drive engagement and sales through branded channels (eComm)
- Work in collaboration with Marketplace Strategist, marketing colleagues and executive team to lead programs, share best practices and expertise to meet corporate targets
- Champion the set-up, management, optimization and reporting of digital campaigns using Google Analytics, Tag Manager and other tools to report on performance and success
- Plan and execute digital marketing using relevant tactics (SEO/SEM, social media, display, blogs, etc)
- Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all acquisition and digital platforms (social media, mass media, PR, etc.)
- Manage content creation to help drive overall eComm marketing strategy and for social media channels with effective storytelling to drive engagement with the Max Advanced Brakes brand
- Develop and manage social media strategy to support brand development
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to create campaigns, landing pages, optimize user experience and on other strategic marketing campaigns
**Skills and Requirements**
- Business degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing and with web analytical tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords and display campaigns
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Comfortable leading cross-functional teams
