**Office Business Management Administrative**

We are looking for a loyal, detail-oriented, and results-driven administrative assistant who will run our organization's day-to-day operation. As well as provide excellent client service.

**Knowledge**:

- 3 years of experience related to major tasks.
- 2 years post-secondary education in office administration, business, finance, or equivalent.
- Must have experience with Quickbooks, A/R, A/P, collections, invoicing.
- The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a demanding customer environment.
- Strong organizational skills to work effectively with multiple objectives and tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and diplomacy with clients.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, and calendar features.
- Excellent English is written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent telephone etiquette.

**Examples of Tasks**:

- Answer all incoming telephone inquiries and facilitate messages to the office staff as well as technicians.
- Create tickets and dispatch technicians for service.
- Interact with office staff and technicians to ensure deadlines and orders are met and completed, and information has been received.
- Schedule technicians for service calls and follow up with clients.
- Support the office team and technicians with up-to-date files and records. Update databases including outstanding accounts and service requests.
- Prepare to invoice and assist with receiving payments from clients.
- Organize meetings with existing and future clients.
