Digital Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. SEO Strategy and Execution:
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search rankings.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEO software.
Generate regular reports on SEO progress, identifying areas for improvement.
2. Retargeting Ad Campaigns:
Develop and execute retargeting ad campaigns across various digital channels.
Collaborate with creative teams to create compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
Monitor ad performance, adjust bidding strategies, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
A/B test ad variations to refine targeting and messaging.
3. Social Media Strategy:
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including written, visual, and multimedia content.
Schedule and publish posts, monitor engagement, and respond to user interactions.
Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand reach and engagement.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
Use data analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
Provide insights into key metrics and trends, presenting recommendations for improvement.
Utilize data to refine strategies and allocate resources effectively.
5. Collaboration and Coordination:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with design, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual consistency.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or diploma ) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO, retargeting ads, and social media.
Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Moz, or similar.
Experience with ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and retargeting platforms.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into compelling digital content.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions and measure success.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational abilities.
Adaptability to evolving digital trends and technologies.
