**Account Manager for Noodlewave**

**Full-Time**

We are hiring a Account Manager to champion integration and strategy for client accounts. As an experienced Account Manager, you will have outstanding industry knowledge, which means you have multidisciplinary experience in an agency setting supporting SEO, PPC, Lead Funnels, Marketing Communications, Digital Design and Branding.

The Account Manager role is the right opportunity for someone with 5+ years of experience in a marketing agency, honing strategic implementation, client communication, and project management skills. As an Account Manager at Noodle Wave, you will manage client campaigns' development, execution, and measurement.

You demonstrate experience supporting the team to solve problems while taking accountability for decision-making. You are a great communicator who knows how to help the team solve client challenges by connecting solutions to strategy.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE**:
**Account Management**:

- Report the impact of marketing strategies to clients
- Implement project workflows and oversee the timely delivery of projects
- Oversee a portfolio of clients and provide marketing insight and recommendations
- Provide clients bi-weekly or monthly meetings in support of meeting expectations for project delivery
- Close the loop on client requests, ensure that follow-up is timely, and that team members are brought in as needed
- Prepare agenda for client onboarding and client meetings
- Summarize post-meeting notes and actions for clients and Noodle Wave team.
- Engage in team meetings

**Marketing Implementation**
- Oversee and implement the strategic marketing plan for our clients
- Stay current and ahead of strategy, brand, digital and marketing best practices.
- Develop marketing decks for presentation to clients
- Provide continual improvement on marketing strategies and contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence and accountability

**Project Management**
- Develop project briefs for marketing activities
- Coordinate multiple projects for a portfolio of clients
- Ensure campaign and promotion timelines are accurate and met
- Ensure that asset requests are implemented and delivered on time
- Activate projects promptly and ensure expectations are communicated to the client

**Client Success**
- Review marketing reports and ensure that the client’s KPIs are being tracked and flagged as required
- Quality check and review content and deliverables to ensure alignment with campaign objectives
- Lead internal client and team meetings for project updates and problem solving
- Communicate with clients about challenges, providing insights and recommendations
- Join conversations about/with existing and new clients to identify value-creating opportunities
- Cover tasks and re-assign work when someone calls in sick or is on vacation

**REQUIREMENTS**
- You have a degree in marketing, communications, public relations or a similar post-secondary program
- Minimum of five years in a marketing position
- A minimum of one of your five years in an account management role overseeing relationships with clients through written, verbal and face-to-face (video) communications, agency experience is preferred
- A minimum of two of your five years in a marketing position includes overseeing or providing implementation.
- You demonstrate critical thinking in marketing implementation by understanding how to connect the dots from target audience to positioning and messaging to campaign development
- Demonstrate knowledge of the principles and practices of lead generation through PPC, promotion, social media, and SEO and how to integrate them to meet strategic goals
- You are a natural multi-tasker who will be responding to client inquiries while managing expectations throughout all stages of a project
- You describe yourself as someone who works well under pressure, has proactive work habits to meet goals and organized
- You're a prioritization pro with a high degree of self-motivation, eager to learn new processes and methods that will enhance job performance
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana) is an asset
- You notice the details, are comfortable working alone and respect deadlines
