**SonderCare**is a rapidly growing North American provider of premium home medical equipment looking for a **Digital Marketing Strategist**to join our team. Based in London, Ontario, SonderCare sells and delivers products to help support the elderly population across the US and Canada. We offer all employees a safe, fun, and supportive office environment with consistent Monday to Friday business hours.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Developing and executing advanced digital marketing experiments and strategies, focusing on paid media
- Measuring and analyzing campaign performance using data analytics tools
- Optimizing ad spends across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, and others
- Reporting regularly to leadership on digital strategy and campaign performance using data-driven insights to guide campaign optimizations and new initiatives
- Collaborating with marketing and other departments to coordinate marketing efforts
- Staying ahead of emerging digital advertising trends, technologies, and platforms
- Other tasks as assigned

**Required Experience and Knowledge**:

- Post-Secondary education in marketing, communications, or business-related field
- 2+ years of recent B2C digital marketing experience or relevant positions
- Thorough knowledge of data analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Proficiency across all digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Familiarity with web development tools and SEO best practices

**Required Competencies and Skills**
- Ability to think strategically and creatively
- Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Extremely detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations
- Solid grasp of business metrics

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
