Right Traffic is seeking a System Administrator to play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s system and processes. This role involves supporting internal teams by troubleshooting system issues, resolving system queries, and maintaining operational efficiency. installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware. This role ensures that the company’s systems run efficiently, securely, and with mínimal downtime.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and maintain servers, workstations, and network devices, including firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Ensure all IT equipment is updated with the latest patches and security updates.
- Perform regular system backups, including scheduled checks and testing to ensure data integrity.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues, including hardware malfunctions, software errors, and network problems.
- Respond to and resolve support tickets related to system performance or technical issues from internal staff.
- Regularly update and audit security protocols to ensure compliance with internal security policies and industry standards.
- Manage user access control and permissions, ensuring only authorized personnel have access to sensitive information.
- Utilize monitoring tools to track system performance, identifying potential bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with other IT professionals and departments to ensure seamless integration of new systems, upgrades, and patches.
- Prepare reports on system performance, incidents, and resolutions for upper management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of system failure.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems administration or IT infrastructure management.
- Proficient in managing and configuring Linux and Windows-based systems.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud management platforms is a plus.

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
